Jiraya of the Sannin of Konoha

Naruto is the name of the main protagonist in the series of the same name. He is the only son of Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina, Minato is the fourth Hokage of the hidden village of Leaf. Before his birth, his parent had decided to give him the same name after the character in Jiraiya's book, believing their son would eventually be as great a the ninja character was and this made Jiraiya as Naruto's godfather. After the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konoha, in order to save the villagers, Minato Naruto's father battle the Nine-Tails and eventually sacrificed his life by sealing the beast inside Naruto, hoping that his son (Naruto) would somehow have use for it. Naruto grew up knowing nothing about his parents were about, the Third Hokage felt that it was for best that no one knew about he was the son of the Fourth Hokage, he changed his last name to only owned his mother last name Uzumaki and not Namikaze as the fourth has. Naruto bears a striking resemblance to his father, possessing similar blue eyes and spiky blond hair though the actual shape of his eyes resemble his mother's. A trait regularly mentioned, that easily angered him, was his short stature for his age. 

Due to the prejudice and loneliness he suffered while in his childhood days, Naruto eventually developed an attitude that strive for acknowledgment from the villagers. To achieve his ambition, Naruto would pull pranks in the village and even go as far as strive for the title of Hokage. Naruto was so determined to be recognized by the villagers because of the mistreated attitude that he received in his childhood. This reasons for wanting to become Hokage began to change, from the desire for recognition, to wanting the strength to protect his village and the people closest to him.

Sharingan is one of the traits own by the Uchiha Clan, it gives the owner the ability to See chakra or chakra flow within a person. Also it can copy the movement of a person perfectly without having to memorize the movement. There are many function that the sharingan posses and one of them is to see through Genjutsu (Illusion Technique) or simply create one. 

One of the user of the Sharingan is Kakashi Hatake, who uses his sharingan in a different way and simply cannot use it all he want since he didn't belong to the Uchiha clan. Itachi claims that only an Uchiha can fully use the sharingan to its full potential.

The Sharingan, different then the Byakugan, is not automatically acquired by user at birth. It is unlocked through some stressful or emotional situation then which the Sharingan may become active and be used freely. One of the Sharingan's most prominent ability is to grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, which allowing them to recognize genjutsu and also different kind of chakra with an easy perception, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This ability also allows the holder of the traits to pick up on subtle details, allowing them to read lip movements or even mimic something like seal hand form and even Taijutsu movements. Sharingan does evolves by unlocking and gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the holder of the traits was able to see the attack or simply know where it is coming, their body when not trained may not have the ability or time to react at the correct moment.

A ninja called the "copy ninja" from Konohagakure, posses a Saringan eye on his left eye but cover it almost all the time except for battle. He is the instructor for team 7 where Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura belong to. A level Jounin in rank he is considered as one of the great ninja in the village. Before he became the instructor of team 7 he belongs to a squad that is right under the Hokage "The Anbu Squad". His ability to copy almost any Jutsu he sees earn him the title of a copy ninja.

Kakashi is the only son of Sakumo Hatake, also known as the White Fang of Konoha. At the age of 13, soon after becoming a Jōnin, Kakashi was assigned to lead Obito and Rin on a mission that would benefit Konoha in the ongoing Third Great Shinobi World War. Kakashi became more stern and serious following his father's death, following all the rules and scorning any who disobeyed them, like his teammate Obito. Kakashi's personality is further emphasized by his generally lazy expression, aloof manner, relaxed voice, and minimalist attitude. In serious situations, however, he is shown to have a very stern and intense look.

Kakashi primarily relies on his mastery of ninjutsu, of which he has a vast arsenal due to his Sharingan. With this arsenal, he can attack or defend against his opponents in numerous manners. He was taught by his late teacher how to use the Rasengan, but could never master it beyond its standard level as it was intended to mix with elemental chakra.
